Hey Cowboys Nation,

I am so blessed and honored to enter my first year as a ������Ƶ Rhythm and Blue Dancer. My teammates and I are ready to bring the fire as we support America's team. I cannot wait to meet you!

I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas where I graduated from Eastwood High School in 2018 and continued my education at UT El Paso where I earned my bachelor's in Kinesiology with a concentration in Human Fitness and Performance in 2023. I have been dancing ever since I was nine years old and decided to continue dancing in college with The UTEP Dance Team, originally known as The UTEP Golddiggers. As a five-year member, I led four years as captain where in my senior year we won a National Title under the D1A Spirit Rally Division at NDA Nationals in Daytona, Florida which was the first time in our program history to attend a national competition and win first place in our division. Alongside my college dance team, I also attended and taught at Urban Movement Dance Academy (UMDA) where I also competed and danced with our hip hop team, French Dip, and our contemporary company. Urban Movement truly became a second home where I learned and danced with fellow artists and creatives who continue to inspire me in my dance journey. 

During the past five years I have been blessed to work with various high school dance teams throughout El Paso and dancers throughout the community. Being able to create choreography and watch it come to life for performances and competitions has been so rewarding. Teaching is truly my happy place, and I have worked with so many talented and hardworking dancers. I love getting to watch them grow into such beautiful movers and people. 

I am extremely excited to start this new journey with DCRB and I want to thank all my amazing family and friends who have supported me for going after this dream of mine because they know more than anyone how much this team means to me. I'm proud to represent the 915 and I hope to inspire others to go after their dreams no matter what they may be! If it is meant for you, it will find you. Trust the process. I'll see you on the field!

Number of years on the team: This is my first season with ������Ƶ Rhythm and Blue.

Prior Dance/Entertainment Industry Experience: I danced for a collegiate dance team as well as an adult hip hop group called French Dip and a contemporary company both at Urban Movement Dance Academy.

Nicknames: Kaitie Belle or Kaitie

Hometown: El Paso, Texas

I dance because: I have experienced and learned so much through dance and it has truly shaped me into the person that I have become. I am so grateful for this passion of mine that combines both athleticism and artistry that allows us to create something truly beautiful and unique. Dance has given me strength, freedom, patience and it has let me learn how to carry myself with confidence and try new things without fear. It lets me learn more about myself and bond with my fellow dancers. Dance has always been there for me, and I will certainly keep dancing for the rest of my life. 

What I like to do most besides dance is: When I'm not dancing, you can find me at the gym or trying local coffee shops! I've always wanted to travel across Europe to explore the museums, historic sites, and cuisines from different countries. 

Advice to Youngsters: My biggest advice that I could give to anyone is make mistakes! That is the fastest way you learn and grow in your passions (and honestly, it could apply to any aspect in your life!). We are not meant to get everything perfect on the first try. Give yourself grace, no matter what it may be. Hard work, dedication, and some patience will get you to any of your goals and make your dreams reality. 

My biggest role model: is my mom because she has always been such a hardworking woman, and she never gives up no matter what is being thrown her way. She is truly a force to be reckoned with. What I admire about her is that she is so welcoming and loving to the people that she cares about. She has a strong intuition that is always on point, and she trusts her gut without hesitation. My mother is so inspirational, and I am so blessed to be able to have her in my life and have her support me in everything that I do. 

What I enjoy most about being a DCRB Dancer: is being a part of such a talented team and getting to showcase the bond we have started to create with one other. We truly create a fun and welcoming energy as a group, and it is so inspiring getting to dance by their side.

Favorite Cowboys player past or present: Past Cowboys player will forever be Troy Aikman because that is my grandmother's all-time favorite quarterback and my current favorite is CeeDee Lamb.

Favorite Performer: Sabrina Carpenter

Favorite Music: My favorite genres are R&B, Hip Hop, and Country but I can party to any song that's playing.
